Student Health and Counseling Center

The Student Health and Counseling Center is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. (closed Wednesdays from 8 to 9 a.m.). We are located on the south side of the campus in the single-story red brick building between the dorms and the lab school. View an interactive map, here.

You can contact our staff at 559.278.2734 during the above listed hours or use our automated after hours service to be connected to a registered nurse to discuss a medical concern or to speak with a mental health counselor. 

These are several community clinics in the Fresno area. Any health care services you receive at these clinics are your financial responsibility. When the Student Health and Counseling Center is closed you can seek care at a local urgent care facility or at one of the following hospital emergency departments.

You may access after hours care from a registered nurse or counselor by calling 559.278.2734 outside of normal business hours.

When you call you will be prompted to press 1 if you would like to speak with a registered nurse to discuss a medical concern or to press 2 if you would like to speak with a mental health counselor. Please note that the on-call nurse is not an employee and cannot make or change an appointment, arrange or refill a prescription, review immunization requirements, or answer any non-medical questions related to the Studen tHealth and Counseling Center.
