Project Rebound
Project Rebound across California
Initiated in the late 1960s at San Francisco State University, Project Rebound has prospered, aiding many students with past incarcerations to alter their life courses via education. The program at this university highlights a notable 95% graduation rate and a recidivism rate of 2%-3%. Thanks to the Renewing Communities Initiative and the Opportunity Institute, it expanded to additional campuses in 2016. The program is currently available at 14 other campuses listed below.
