All reservations must be submitted four (4) weeks prior to the event date. Any requests made within four (4) weeks are subject to a late reservation fee of $250.

Rental Pricing

  1. $350 per hour, minimum of three (3) hours.
  2. $20 per hour, per technician. A minimum of two (2) technicians per event.
  3. $100 additional AV set-up fee, for complex set-up (if applicable)
  4. $250 minimum custodial services fee, per room.
  5. $20 per hour, per staff – box office or staffing fee.
  6. $2000 deposit required with reservation forms, submitted at least six (6) weeks prior to the event. Full payment is required four (4) weeks prior to the event, plus any additional charges.

Additional Information

Clean-up: $250 minimum will be applied.

Change of set-up: $250 last minute set-up fee changes will be added for any set-up changes made less than two (2) weeks prior to the event date.

Security: To arrange security, contact the University Police Department at 559.278.8400.

Cancellation Policy: After the 14th calendar day deadline, a 3 hour rental, technician and custodial charge will be billed.
