Rental Pricing
- $250 per hour, minimum of three (3) hours.
- $20 per hour, per technician. A minimum of two (2) technicians per event.
- $150 minimum custodial services fee.
- $200 box office or staffing fee.
- $1000 deposit required with reservation forms, submitted six (6) weeks prior to the event. Full payment is required four (4) weeks prior to the event, plus any additional charges.
All reservations must be submitted four (4) weeks prior to the event date. Any requests made within four (4) weeks are subject to a late reservation fee of $250.
Equipment
- Microphone – $100
- Projection System – $150
- Special Lighting (Mirror ball, floor lights, strobe) – $200
- Banner Hang – $200
Clean-up/change of set-up: $150 minimum. Final set-up details are required at least two (2) weeks prior to the event.

Security
To arrange security, contact the University Police Department at 559.278.8400.
Cancellations
Cancellations made less than two (2) weeks before the event date will incur a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the total event cost.
