The Concert Committee is responsible for scheduling local bands/entertainment at concert stages, covers
all load-in/out operations, and handles sound and hospitality.
Boomtown Carnival Committee organizes a booth lottery process for selecting student organizations to fundraise
food items and game activities that make Vintage Days even more exciting, and fun,
for everyone. This committee enforces rules and regulations regarding booth spaces,
establishes food and game booth judging criteria, and hosts informational meetings.
The Kid's Zone Committee is responsible for organizing all activities, crafts, games and entertainment in
the Kid's Zone area of the festival. Committee members should be enthusiastic and
fun-loving individuals with a knack for working with children of all ages.
The Public Relations, Marketing & Social Media Committee is responsible for promoting and building awareness of Vintage Days to the campus
and community at large. They communicate with campus and local media outlets, and
advise Vintage Days of all public relations matters. This committee creates social
media campaigns, graphics, and content that are posted online during the days leading
up to Vintage Days. The Public Relations, Marketing & Social Media Committee also
creates public service announcements as well as press releases.
The Special Events Committee is responsible for coordinating and integrating nighttime special events during the
weekend of Vintage Days, including student and community centered events, such as
movie nights, College Night dance, and Vintage Challenge.
The Volunteer Committee is responsible for recruiting, and coordinating, volunteers for the weekend of Vintage
Days. Volunteers are what keep Vintage Days alive and help make Vintage Days Fresno
State's largest event a success. Being on this committee is a great opportunity to
gain experience working with, and organizing, a team by helping us set expectations
and regulate check-in processes for staff and other Vintage Days participants.
The Anime Gaming Con Committee is responsible for coordinating with Anime Fuse to bring Anime Gaming Con to Vintage
Days. They work alongside Anime Fuse to bring anime and gaming vendors, cosplayers,
voice talents, and gaming opportunities to The Ruiz in the Resnick Student Union (RSU)
for the duration of the weekend.
