Educational Opportunity Center 

Central California Educational Opportunity Center (CCEOC) strives to improve Valley residents’ economic conditions and their families’ future through education. Our goal is to increase the number of under-represented populations enrolling into higher education, especially low-income and first-generation students. Additionally, CCEOC serves veterans and military-connected persons, aged-out foster youth, formerly incarcerated individuals, teen parents, and people with disabilities. CCEOC provides academic advising and assistance with college admissions and financial aid applications to participants desiring to further their education. All services are offered for free.
