Testimonials

“When my daughter was attending Sanger Adult School, I learned about CCEOC. They helped her complete her financial aid application but needed my signature.  Their staff member asked me, “Why don’t you go to college too?” I thought at 52, I was too old to go, but she said, “It’s never too late to go.”  That same day, I got help to complete my admission and financial aid applications. I began Fresno City, I may be late in starting, but I know I will get my Medical Records Certificate soon. I appreciate how CCEOC changed my life. Thank you!”

“When I heard about CCEOC, and how they can help you get into college, I was ready to make a change.  It was 2009, and I had just gotten out on parole after spending several years in prison. I did not know if anyone would want to help me, but when I met staff from CCEOC, they helped me complete the admission and financial aid applications, and I was surprised. Today, I am continuing my education with hopes of returning to Fresno State.  CCEOC helped me get into Fresno City College and even with applying for scholarships.  It’s a great program that really helps.  Thanks for believing in me.”

"Without the help of CCEOC, I would not have enrolled into college after graduating from Central Adult in June 2017. At 34, I did not know where to start. Everyone from the program was so helpful explaining everything about the financial aid and college admissions process. It made things so much easier. They also helped me get a scholarship to help with my books. I am now at Fresno State working to be a teacher. I tell everyone I meet about this great program."

“In 2015, I learned about CCEOC and how they can help you get enroll into college.  With their help, I got enrolled at Reedley College. They continued to encourage me and helped me get a scholarship.  I completed two AA degree in 2019.  When I needed a recommendation letter to transfer to Fresno Pacific University, they did not hesitate to give me one.  I am now a role model in my family as I am the first to go to college and get a degree.  It’s a great program with caring and dedicated staff.”
