Eligibility
To be eligible for CCEOC services you must meet the following requirements set by
the Higher Education Act of 1965. Some resources may still be available if you do
not meet the below requirments; contact CCEOC staff for more details.
Eligibility Requirements
- You are 18 years of age or older.
- You are a citizen of the U.S., a permanent resident, or are in the U.S. for a non-temporary purpose and can provide evidence from ICE.
- You live within Fresno, Madera, or Tulare Counties.
- You are from a low-income family, or neither of your parents received a degree from
a four-year university.
