Educational Opportunity Center 

The Fresno State TRIO Central California Educational Opportunity Center (TRIO EOC) strives to improve Valley residents’ economic conditions and their families’ future through education. Our goal is to increase the number of under-represented populations enrolling into higher education, especially low-income and first-generation students. Additionally, TRIO EOC serves veterans and military-connected persons, aged-out foster youth, formerly incarcerated individuals, teen parents, and people with disabilities. TRIO EOC provides academic advising and assistance with college admissions and financial aid applications to participants desiring to further their education. All services are offered for free.
