Medi-Cal is California's Medicaid health care program. This program pays for a variety of medical services for children and adults. 

How does it work?

Medi-Cal covers the state of California, but each county within California has different "Managed Health Partners" that manage your healthcare. Check the Medi-Cal Managed Care Health Plan Directory to find which Managed Health Partner(s) your county uses.
