January 31, 2025 Deadline to update courses and grades at www.calstate.edu/apply
March 14, 2025 ADT verification by community college
March 15, 2025 - June 1, 2025 Accept/Decline and register for Dog Days: New Student Orientation
June 2025 and July 2025 Attend mandatory Dog Days Orientation
June 16, 2025 FINAL TRANSCRIPT & DOCUMENT DEADLINE:
Final official electronic transcripts showing all Spring 2025 course(s), grade(s) and ADT posted as awarded

 

Spring 2026 Transfer Deadlines

August 1-31, 2025 Application Filing Period
September 15, 2025

Document Deadline: (Received by September 16)

If applicable, the following documents must be received by September 15:

  • Official transcripts with final summer 2025 grades
  • Associate Degree for Transfer (ADT) posted as awarded.
  • Residency Documents
  • Exam Credit Scores: AP (Advanced Placement), IB (International
    Baccalaureate), CLEP (College-Level Examination Program) Military: Joint Service Transcripts (JST) LDT and UDT ONLY: NOT Applicable to RTN
  • October 1-November 15: Accept admissions, register, and pay for Dog Days: New Student Orientation
