The Staff Engagement & Development Committee is composed of 10-12 members, with 2-4 representatives from each AVP area to ensure broad participation and diverse perspectives. The committee is led by two staff co-chairs and supported by one staff member who provides administrative support and works closely with the Student Affairs and Enrollment Management office to coordinate committee activities. Members serve one-year terms, beginning in June and concluding the following May.
Who We Are

Annual Professional Development Conference

Each January, the Staff Engagement and Development Committee partners with the Division of Student Affairs and Enrollment Management and other campus and community partners to host a professional development conference for staff across the division. The conference provides opportunities to connect with colleagues, attend workshops led by peers, and strengthen community and collaboration throughout the division.
