I’m Maris Prado, an Agriculture Education major within the Jordan College of Agricultural Sciences and Technology. I’m proud and grateful to serve as senator this upcoming year. I’m involved here on campus serving as secretary for Young Cattleman’s, a member of the livestock judging team, an agricultural ambassador, and member of the professional agricultural honor society fraternity Alpha Zeta. JCAST is so fruitful of opportunities with a 1,000-acre farm and eager to help faculty. I’m most excited to tell my peers about all we offer, help them find their place here and feel a sense of belonging within our school!
