Julian Narvaez, Vice President of External Affairs

Julian Narvaez is a third-year Criminal Law Enforcement major who is honored to serve as Vice President of External Affairs. He is committed to turning student voices into real action beyond campus. As the former President of the Sigma Chi fraternity, Julian led a diverse group of students, delivered results, and gained valuable experience that he will bring to this role. He plans to advocate for new opportunities by building strong connections with leaders beyond the university while keeping students informed, involved, and at the center of every decision. Julian is committed to being a strong, active voice for Fresno State.
