Sarai Hernandez, Vice President of Finance

Sarai Hernandez is the elected Vice President of Finance for ASI and is majoring in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing. Raised in Caruthers, CA, she carries with her a deep appreciation for community and representation.  At Fresno State, her work as a student assistant supporting clubs and organizations has given her a clear understanding of what students need to feel connected and supported. Her passion for advocacy grew during her time as Senator for Veteran and Transfer Students, where she recognized the need for stronger communication, greater transparency, and intentional resource allocation.  As Vice President of Finance, Sarai understands that students are often the first to feel the impact of change. She is committed to uplifting student voices, building partnerships, and ensuring that ASI’s financial decisions reflect the realities and priorities of the students it serves.
