Sofia Abonce is entering her senior year majoring in Sociology with a minor in Spanish. As a transfer student with previous involvement in Student Senate, she brings a perspective shaped by adaptability, resilience, and a strong commitment to inclusion and representation. Sofia is passionate about advocating for student voices and creating meaningful change on campus. As Senator, she hopes to build connections, support student success, and ensure every student feels heard and valued at Fresno State. Her long-term goal is to pursue Social Work and a career centered on community empowerment and advocacy.
