SSD Updates
It's time to start requesting Faculty Notification Letters for Spring 2026!
Log in to your mySSD Student Portal and review your accommodation agreements.
Request your Accommodations/Faculty Notifications, each semester:
- Log in to the mySSD Student Portal, using your Fresno State email/password
- Every semester that you use accommodations, you will be asked to review the Agreements (guidelines and procedures) for every accommodation you utilize: Read these, then sign your name at the bottom to proceed.
- Select "List Request", under "Accommodations" on the left-hand side of the page.
- Select the "plus sign" or "Add Requests for [number of] classes" and select each course for which you wish to request accommodations.
- If you wish to request the same accommodations for all classes, select the checkbox in yellow labeled "Apply the same accommodations for all courses." You will then proceed to step 2 and select the accommodations you'd like for each course. Then submit the Request to finalize.
- Otherwise, proceed to step 2 and select accommodations for each individual class.
You have the opportunity on this page to select "Select All" for each class. If you
don't need accommodations for a course you have selected, click the button that states
"I do not need accommodations for this course."
Complete the request by selecting "Submit Request" on the right-hand side of the page.
Notification Letters will be emailed directly to your professors by SSD on the first day of instruction. - Note: If you are requesting accommodations such as volunteer notetakers and/or alternative formats, be sure to go back into your portal to confirm the notetaker and textbook for each class. This can be done by going into the accommodations section of your portal.
