Participation Agreement / Responsibilities

DEADLINE TO COMPLETE ALL RESPONSIBILITIES: 2 May 2025

Being a participant with TRIO SSSV requires a strong commitment. Being a member of the TRIO SSSV program and receiving services each semester, you agree to:

• COMPLETE LASSI
  • Placement into Univ 8 (if applicable)
• COMPLETE 1X RW SPECIALIST MEETING (If your term/cumulative GPA falls below 2.50)
• COMPLETE 2X SSSV COUNSELOR APPOINTMENTS
• COMPLETE 3X LEARNING ACTIVITIES:
  • Workshops / Seminar
  • Peer Tutoring
  • Cultural Arts / Enrichment Field Trip
  • Unlea$hed Module*
  • Watch workshop video recording (Posted on SSSV Canvas shell)*
  • Complete outside workshop*
        *Must submit report here.

*Only one workshop recording report and one Unlea$hed module will count toward the Learning Activity requirement.
