I have applied to Fresno State, what's next? 

About 7-10 business days after applying at Cal State Apply, you will receive an email with your student ID number.  Make sure the spam filters on your email account are set to accept email from https://googleapps.fresnostate.edu/signup/  

Important admission notifications will be sent to your Fresno State email account.

  • Official Advanced Placement (AP) test scores (taken prior to senior year)
  • Official electronic transcripts for all dual enrolled courses showing spring 2020 in-progress and prior courses (if applicable)

 Check your admission status and "To-Do List" for missing documents

When: March 26, 2022- New Bulldog Visit Day

New Bulldog Visit Day- We welcome future Bulldogs and share more information about our services and programs. This festive day will also showcase our Bulldog Spirit with student performances, tours, games, music, and other fun activities.

When April 2, 2022- Virtual Preview Day 

Virtual Preview Day is the largest incoming student event at Fresno State. It is designed for fall 2022 first-time freshman and transfer applicants as well as their families and friends

Accept your admission and Dog Days orientation beginning March 15, 2022, thru May 1, 2022

Submit your official final high school transcript with graduation date posted by the deadline June 30.

  • Check with you High School Counselor for more information on how to send transcripts to Fresno State. 
  • If you are a dual enrolled student, please order your transcripts to be electronically sent from your college to Fresno State. 

During orientation students will meet with an academic counselor, a major adviser, and register for classes. In addition to learning about academic requirements, students will hear from a variety of campus programs as well as participate in a resource fair. Dog Days is mandatory for all incoming students.
