Office of the University Registrar

Requesting Notarization

Notarization

The Registrar’s Office provides assistance with notary services to Fresno State students and alumni for official documents produced by the University Registrar.

At this time our office is only working with Anna's Mobile Notary Service. A meeting will be set between the mobile notary and the University Registrar to notarize your document(s). You must also provide a shipping air bill or prepaid envelope for our office to mail your documents once they are notarized. Please direct further questions to 559.278.4743.

Please email us at registrar@csufresno.edu to request the FERPA form. You will need to complete and upload a signed FERPA release form, authorizing us to act as your designee during this process. Once your FERPA form is completed, you may proceed to submit your Notary Request.

Transcripts:

  • Request a copy of your official Fresno State transcript by placing your order with Parchment.
