Emerging Leaders Retreat

Be a leader on your campus and in your community! Attend the Emerging Leaders Retreat (ELR), a three-day leadership training specifically designed for Fresno State students, and get the skills you need to become a successful student leader.

 As a result of participating in an ELR, students will:

• Build connections to the campus community
• Develop an awareness of diverse perspectives of leadership
• Explore leadership through experiential learning and reflection
