The Vision: Educating and bringing communities together to celebrate the Hmong people’s history, heritage, values, achievements, and contributions.
The Mission: To preserve, highlight, and appreciate Hmong culture, language, and history to enhance self-pride, increase sense of belonging, bridge communities among all generations, and encourage higher education.

Seniors, it's time to start or complete your Financial Aid application (FAFSA). Attend this workshop and get personal assistance from the Fresno State Financial Aid staff to complete your FAFSA application for 2025-2026. Students should bring the following information in order to complete their application: 2023 Tax Return for both parents and students if applicable, 2023 W-2 and other sources of income earned in 2023 for both parents and students, Social Security Cards for both parents and students, Parent and student FSAID information. In this interactive session, we will explore the meaning behind different outfits, highlighting the cultural stories and traditions woven into each piece. Participants will learn how to properly layer Hmong clothing, gaining practical skills while appreciating the artistry involved.
