Third Attempt Request

Third attempt requests are processed by staff in the Office of the University Registrar.  Requests are approved or denied by Department Chairs based on guidelines set within Executive Order (EO) 1037.

NEW Effective January 18, 2024: We are now paperless!  Our office implemented a Third Attempt workflow in Kuali Build.  Check out the video below for a quick overview.  Contact our office if you have any questions.

Important note: Third attempt requests are now initiated by the academic advisors.  Students who are requesting a third attempt should contact their respective major advising center for more information.
