Educational Talent Search Programs
The TRIO Educational Talent Search programs at Fresno State and Porterville College identify, assist, and encourage students from disadvantaged backgrounds to graduate high school and enroll in and complete their post-secondary program.
Upward Bound Programs
The Upward Bound Programs at Fresno State serve low-income, first-generation college bound high school students who have the potential to succeed in college, but whose high school grades and test scores do not reflect that potential.
Educational Opportunity Center
Our goal is to increase the number of under-represented populations enrolling into higher education, especially low-income and first-generation students. Additionally, CCEOC serves veterans and military-connected persons, aged-out foster youth, formerly incarcerated individuals, teen parents, and people with disabilities.
