Academic Success Coaching
Academic Success Coaching provides study skills support tailored to your needs. In dedicated one-on-one settings, topics such as motivation, time management and more can be explored so you can reach your fullest potential at Fresno State.
Supplemental Instruction (SI)
SI encourages you to work with peers from class and your SI Leader to develop successful study strategies, exchange creative ideas, gain a better understanding of the course material, and improve your overall grade. SI has proven to be a high-impact practice with students who attend sessions earning half to a full letter grade higher than those who do not.
Tutoring
Tutoring allows students to set the agenda and move at their own pace within an inclusive and collaborative learning space.

Educational Opportunity Program (EOP)
EOP is designed to improve the access and retention of low-income and first-generation college students at Fresno State. EOP aims to support students who face historical, economic, or educational disadvantages. Our services focus on empowering students, building community, and ensuring college success.
Dream Success Center
Our center is fully committed to assisting AB540, undocumented, DACA recipients and those with mixed immigration statuses.
Renaissance Scholars Program
The Renaissance Scholars Program was established in 2008 to serve Fresno State undergraduate and graduate students who have experienced foster care and students who are certified independent youth.
Summer Bridge
Summer Bridge is a two-week in-person residential program that supports the transition of first-time freshman to the University.

The TRIO Student Support Services Program (SSSP) provides undergraduates with academic support, financial aid literacy/education, and graduate school preparation support to ensure every individual’s successful retention and graduation.
TRIO Student Support Services - Veterans
We serve Veterans, Reservists, Active Duty, and National Guard who are first-generation students, students from low-income backgrounds, and students with a disability. Our program provides academic support services to assist undergraduate participants to remain in college and reach the goal of graduation.
