Our goal is to help you navigate the financial aspects of your college career!
Kelly Russell has been the Director of Financial Aid and Scholarships at Fresno State
since fall 2016, and was recently promoted to Assistant Vice President of Student
Financial Resources in April 2023. Originally from Kansas, Kelly has over 25 years
of experience in higher education and student services. Kelly is committed to helping
students seek financial assistance to aid reaching their educational goals at Fresno
State.

Walk-In Wednesdays
Walk-In Wednesdays are back! You can stop by our office any Wednesday between 8:30-11:30am and 1:00-4:00pm to meet with a financial aid counselor on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please check in at the Financial Aid and Scholarships windows in the Joyal Administration North Lobby.
Financial Aid Application Support
Do you need help completing your 2025-2026 FAFSA or CADAA? If you've started the application and run into an issue, or have a question on how to complete it, you can schedule an appointment for help! This is strictly for help with completing your financial aid application, so if that's you, schedule your appointment here! Remember the priority deadline is April 2, 2025, so don't delay, apply today!
