Repeat Coursework Policy
Federal financial aid regulations limit the number of times a student may repeat a course and receive financial aid for that course.
Once a student earns credit for a course (a letter grade of “D” or higher), a student may receive financial aid for only 1 additional attempt of the same course, regardless of the earned grade for the additional attempt.
A third or subsequent attempt of that course will not be factored into the student’s enrollment and federal and state aid may be reduced or cancelled. All attempted units, including repeated classes still count into the Satisfactory Academic Progress calculation.
