Important Club Dates

  • Beginning on the Monday of the fourth week of classes in the fall semester, new clubs and orgs can submit new club materials.
  • By the end of the fall semester, submit all of your re-registration materials.
  • Each semester on the last day of instruction at 12 noon, the Club and Organization Booth Lottery will be held.
  • In the spring, Officer eligibility will be re-checked (President / Treasurer 2.0 Previous Term, Enrolled in 6 units or more, under 150 units maximum, and in good standing, Vice Presidents we check if they are enrolled).
