The Registrar's Office is responsible for keeping and maintaining all student records at Fresno State. The Records Office provides services to current and former students. Changes to your Student Records
FERPA
The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) affords students certain rights with respect to their education records.
Notary Services
The Registrar’s Office provides assistance with notary services to Fresno State students and alumni for official documents produced by the University Registrar.
Enrollment OR Degree Verifications
Leave of Absence Request
Students enrolled at any CSU campus may have access to courses at other CSU campuses on a space-available basis.
Pronouns
Pronouns are an option that is available to current and prior students via their MyFresnoState Student Center.
